Our Origin

Built for higher education. Ready for any sector.

Cyber Heat Map began as the planning toolkit behind CampusCISO’s advisory work with colleges and universities. After more than 140 leaders used the approach, the toolkit matured into a practical platform that turns scattered inputs into one living, board‑ready roadmap.

Why we built it

Founder Christian “Chris” Schreiber drew on nearly 30 years across higher education and enterprise security. Tired of audit churn and slide‑ware, he designed a simple, data‑informed method that gets teams from backlog to a ranked list of next steps, then keeps that plan current as things change.
